Sowing limits what we harvest;
Giving shapes what we receive;
Words send out our hurts and loving
And define what we achieve.
Flesh and blood reflect our thinking;
Hatred eats our health away.
Every thought, disturbed or tranquil,
Shapes the way we live and pray.
Let us seek to find and treasure
Every law the Cosmos holds
And embrace the mystery’s wisdom
As each stage of life unfolds.
