Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Dr. Sparks has spent twenty four years serving as Pastor, Educator, Counselor, and in Specialized Ministries.
Dr. Sparks at an early age realized his calling for the ministry. His education includes Bachelor of Arts, Master of Divinity, Master of Theology, and Doctor of Theology.
Dr. Sparks comes to us from upstate New York. He Previously ministered within five correctional facilities, as well as local churches. He has provided HIV/AIDS counseling, Facilitated Support Groups and provided HIV/AIDS education to both residents and staff. He also serves as a Chaplain in the U.S. Army Reserve.
Jesus, obviously, saw everyone as “being created in The Imagio Dei” (“The Image and Likeness of God”). He saw everyone as having worth and dignity before God.
