1. World religions foster justice,
Teach of wisdom to pursue;
Why then is there so much malice
In what some believers do?
2. One religion is no better
Should “the faithful” win a war;
Seeking any fierce vendetta
Has no place. Love urges more.
3. We can rise above the vi’lence
Parented by bigotry;
In our difference find acceptance;
Let love have the victory.
4. Godliness, when flowing freely,
Hope, goodwill begin to shine,
For the sacred knows no fury;
Peace alone is called divine.
