We Eat and Drink

We eat and drink these fruits of earth that love may grow

between us all, between us all.

 

We join God’s holy cause and share our bread

with all the poor of Earth, the poor of Earth.

 

To God whom many faiths adore

be praises now and ever more, and ever more.
