For mothers everywhere, who sense what we really need and provide it even before we ask for it, we offer special thanks on Mother’s Day. Mothers are our first models of unconditional love, our first sanctuary. To be a mother – biologically or not – is to be forever connected in love and care to another human being. A holy calling indeed.
We give thanks for families of all shapes and sizes, which provide such an important basis for love and support in our society.
