One need not be a political analyst to understand that Trump’s first three weeks in office have been a bit of an erratic roller-coaster ride, not only for Americans but for all the world. There are many who believe that it might be a secret plot to throw the resistance off balance and create a fascist order, and this has yet to be proven false. In 2016 many black churches are woefully far behind the country’s acceptance of LGBTQ Americans. These places of worship are still spewing homophobic rhetoric from their bully pulpits. And unfortunately, some LGBTQ victims of IPV have internalized the church’s message they are an abomination to God and therefore deserved to be abused, flogged and beaten.

In September 2016, an arrest warrant was issued for her as a result of her coverage of the Dakota Access Pipeline protests in North Dakota. Charges were dismissed on October 17, 2016, and Red Queen Media was there. Oct 17, 2016- Democracy Now: On Saturday, hundreds of people temporarily stopped work at multiple construction sites at the site of the $3.8 billion Dakota Access pipeline. One person reportedly delayed work for up to six hours by locking to an excavator. At least 14 people were arrested. Democracy Now! began covering the action just after dawn, from the main resistance camp in Cannon Ball, North Dakota.

In honor of our future generations, we fight this pipeline to protect our water, our sacred places, and all living beings.

Members of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, over 200 Tribal Nations, and thousands of allies from across the United States and the world have been taking direct action since April 2016 to call attention to the violation of their Indigenous rights, desecration of their lands and waters and the threats to their ecosystem engendered by the Dakota Access Pipeline.

Today we talk about Trump’s misogyny. We will talk about how the Trump campaign is attempting to use the mainstream media to change the conversation from Trump’s misogyny to a faux Clinton problem with women. We will touch on Howard Dean’s tweet raising the question of Trumps substance use.

I am sure you know that the United Church of Canada has subjected one of its ministers,
Gretta Vosper to a hearing where she was thoroughly interrogated over what up until now has
been the basis for ‘essential agreement’. Not anymore! She is now in the process of being
defrocked which means the UCC has now become a signing creedal church, with no
expectation of growth since ordination vows. It also means from henceforth any ordained
minister can be hauled before a similar court on the basic of one complaint, NOT EVEN
from within the congregation, about what that minister said.

Black votes matter!

So, too, the black lives many politicians pander to in order to get them. However, exploiting cultural markers- like Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump did by reading a scripted text in a black church or like Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary R. Clinton did by giving a shout-out on an a.m. urban radio show stating she, too, always carries hot sauce around with her- not only infuriates most African Americans, it also insults the political intelligence obviously both politicians think we don’t have.

IF JESUS WERE ALIVE TODAY, WOULD HE:
